Email [email protected], or use the form below for a wrong figure. Both reach the same inbox, which is read by Marlowe Sheets.
There is no support desk and no ticket number: replies come from one person, usually within a few working days. A report with the page and the source you are checking against gets fixed fastest — a report that says only "this is wrong" usually needs a second email before anything can change.
What makes a report actionable
- The page URL — the full path, for example
/specs/toyota/rav4/2024/. Vehicle year and model in the text is enough if the URL is not to hand. - Which figure — "oil capacity", "front tyre pressure", "the recall count". One report per figure is easier to track than a list.
- The source you are reading — the manual, the page number, or the NHTSA campaign number. If your number comes from a different model year or a different market's manual, that is worth saying: it is the single most common reason two figures disagree.
- No personal information. The form asks for none and none is stored. Do not paste a VIN, an address or a phone number.
What happens next: the report is checked against the cited document. If the page is wrong, the figure is corrected, the page gets a new verification date, and it reappears on the changelog. If the page is right and the discrepancy comes from a different model year or edition, the reply will say which document the published figure came from.
Other reasons to write
- Request a vehicle. Coverage grows by verified vehicle, so requests are useful. Model year, engine and trim narrow it down; a request for "all Camrys" cannot be answered without one.
- Request a trouble code or symptom. Say what the car did and, if you have it, the code the reader showed.
- Copyright or image enquiries. See the copyright page for how images are licensed and how to ask for a removal.
- Privacy and data requests. See the privacy policy for what is held and how to ask for it.
